Online Yoga Teacher Training

Learn to teach or deepen your knowledge with our upcoming workshops in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama and Anatomy of Movement.

​

Each workshop is designed to be beneficial as a one-off or as part of your 200 hours of training to become a qualified Yoga Teacher. Complete all 12 workshops to be eligible to register with The Yoga Alliance International as a 200hour Registered Yoga Teacher. If you are already 200hour registered with the Yoga Alliance, each workshop counts as 20 hours of continued education.

​

Each subject consists of two Sunday workshops in-studio and 2 weeks worth of continued education and content online which can be completed in your own time. Get in quickly if you want to attend as there are only 15 spaces available in each course.

Optional experience. Bring vegetarian food as an offering to share with the monks, dress modestly and turn off your mobile phones. There are many beautiful paths, benches and peaceful spots for meditation, and you are welcome to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the monastery.

Yasmin Ivy

After experiencing the transformational power of yoga and meditation, I knew I needed to share it with as many people as possible. I've now been practising for over 12 years and teaching for 6. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga as well as working on new and interesting ways to educate teachers about yoga theory. I am really looking forward to sharing the lessons I have learned with you in these custom workshops.

Shardasia Schwass

My passion for holistic health, wellness, and mindful living drew me to Rishikesh, India in 2019 to complete my 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training. I learned Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini Tantra Yoga techniques and also stayed on to complete further training in Reiki and Sound Therapy. I have since been teaching regularly in New Zealand, running workshops and relaxing half-day retreats. I am looking forward to assisting with a 200Hour RYT Training here in New Zealand.
